If a code won't scan: tell us the size of the piece, the two filament colors you used and the type of content (link, wifi or phone). First, have a look at the guide why a 3D printed QR code won't scan: it solves most cases.
If the file doesn't open properly in your slicer: tell us the slicer and its version (Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer, Cura…) and the printer.
Never send us your wifi password or other private data: we don't need it to help you.
